Q: Are you recruitment agents?

A: No. We’ve built a technology platform for you to access the job seeking community. But that’s it. You are able to contact any talent you find directly yourself, with no middlemen involved and no agency fees to pay at all.

Q: Will I have to pay any fees if I hire someone from your community?

A: Absolutely not! You only pay a low flat fee subscription charge for complete access to the community, and there are no further charges after that. Contact as many job seekers as you like and hire as many of them as you need – we won’t charge you any commissions, guaranteed.

Q: Is there a limit to the amount of people I can contact?

A: No. You get unlimited and unrestricted access to our entire global community. And we encourage you to contact as many job seekers as your time allows – the more people you speak with, the closer you’ll get to finding the best fit. You can contact our community anytime by phone, email or using our handy IM chat function.

Q: What happens if I need help, or need to report anything?

A: Our team are available round the clock to offer their support and expertise. Just send over a message in the chat function for the fastest reply, and one of our team will get back to you right away.

Q: My trial period has just finished, and I can’t view candidate contact details anymore.

A: Don’t worry, you can view all their details again by paying a subscription fee of £150 per month which you can cancel at any time.

Job Seekers:

Q: Is there a charge for job seekers to sign-up to your community?

A: Not at all. It’s completely free to register your details HERE and start getting yourself seen by employers in your sector.

Q: I haven’t updated my CV – can I still register?

A: Absolutely. We don’t use CVs at all, so you can create a profile with us in seconds. Just add your personal details, your work experience, skills and a professional picture, and that’s it!

Q: I’ve got some questions about my profile – who can help me?

A: Our team of experts can help you round-the-clock, so just send us a message through the App and we’ll get back to you right away.

Q: I don’t live in the UK – can I still be a part of your community?

A: Yes you can. We are a British company but an international platform, and our community has job seekers and employers from across the globe.

Q: I don’t see any jobs posted on your App.

A: That’s because we are not a jobs board. We are a technology platform, and we allow you to get contacted directly by employers. If they’re looking for someone with your skills and experience, they will send you an email, a message or call you. Simple as that!
